The Annual Summit Property Owners meeting will be held on April 16, 2025, at 7pm via Zoom. An official announcement and invitation to the annual meeting will be mailed to all owners prior to the meeting as required by the bylaws and state statutes.
The election of the Summit Board of Directors for the term April 2025-April 2026 will be held with the Annual Meeting. If you would like to be considered through the election process to serve on the Board, please fill out and return the BoD Candidate Information form (Candidate Information form is an attachment below). Forms can be dropped off at the Lake Ridge offices located at 100 Lake Ridge Parkway, or by scanning and emailing them to [email protected]. Candidate forms must be received by Tuesday at 5pm, March 18, 2025.
